Animal Jam has special day called rare item Monday, this is when you log on on a Monday usually before 11:00 am when you go to the shops and bye a rare never available again in the shops just by trading and if you choose to recycle them after they are worth double the gems!

Animal Jam

Your den is a place were you can place den items and hang out with friends. Your den can be locked which means only your buddy's can enter your den. Your den can be on land or underwater and again non-members can not purchase any other dens except the one they are given at the start of the game.

Your avatar is an animal of your choice from the list of: Snow Leopards, Arctic Wolves, Foxes, Lions, Tigers, Horses, Wolves, Koalas, Monkeys, Pandas, Rabbits, Giraffes, Elephants, Crocodiles, Rhinos, Seals, Penguins, Dolphins, Sharks, and Turtles! There are lodes to chose from, and they only cost 1,000 gems for one of them. If you are a non-member you can only bye 2 avatars but members have a multiple amount spaces for all of them is they wanted. Some animal avatars are only available for members.

Animal Jam

Items and clothing on Animal Jam are unique in each way. Some are rares, some members, some BETAS and others available to all Jaamers online. All items can be placed in your den and turned in different directions, they can even be placed in mid air, in water or even in the sky! Clothing have 5 different categories: Head, Neck, Back, Tail and Legs. You can search your clothes in any of those categories in your inventory to find the specific clothing item that you want to wear.
